Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.gofuelcoaching.com and your purchase of programs and products from Virginia Petro Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a GoFuel Coaching (“GoFuel,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we offer

GoFuel provides business education and coaching for auto repair shop owners, including free downloadable resources, digital products (such as The Professional Advantage and the Shop System Bundle), strategy sessions, group coaching programs, and one-on-one coaching. Program contents, schedules, and pricing are described on the relevant offer pages and may change for future purchasers.

2. Accounts and member access

Some purchases include access to a member library. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials private, and access is for you (or your business) only — sharing logins or program materials outside your business is not permitted. We may suspend access for violation of these Terms.

3. Payments, subscriptions, and payment plans

Prices are stated at checkout in U.S. dollars. Subscriptions (such as monthly group coaching) renew automatically each billing period until you cancel; cancel any time before your next renewal date to stop future charges — cancellation does not refund the current period. Payment plans (installments) are a commitment to the full program price: you authorize each scheduled installment, and if an installment fails and isn’t cured after notice, we may suspend access until the balance is current. Coupons apply only as described in the specific offer.

4. Refunds

Except where a specific guarantee below applies, all sales are final once digital content or coaching access has been delivered. If something’s wrong with your order, email [email protected] and we’ll make it right where we reasonably can.

5. Our guarantees

One System Guarantee (Shop System Bundle). Put any one of the systems in the bundle to work in your shop within 60 days of purchase. If it doesn’t return more than you paid for the bundle, email us, tell us which system you ran and what happened, and we’ll refund your purchase in full — and you keep the files.

The $25,000 Conversation Guarantee (Shop Strategy Session). Get on the call. If by the end of the hour you do not believe the plan we build will put at least $25,000 of net profit back in your business, say so before the call ends and we will refund your session fee. No questions, no forms, no hard feelings.

Implementation Guarantee (coaching programs). For 12-month coaching programs: if you complete the full program — attend your scheduled sessions, implement the systems as coached, and document your numbers — and your shop does not gain at least $25,000 in net profit over your baseline within the 12 months, we will refund your program fee. To claim it, you must provide your before-and-after financials so we can verify the numbers together.

Each guarantee applies once per customer per offer and to the price actually paid.

6. Scheduling coaching sessions

Sessions are booked through our scheduling links. Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance; sessions missed without notice count as delivered. Unused sessions expire 12 months from purchase.

7. Results are not guaranteed

Except as expressly stated in Section 5, we make no promises about the results you’ll achieve. The figures on our site — including Eric’s own shop results and client testimonials — are real examples, not typical outcomes, and are not a promise of your outcome. Your results depend on your market, your shop, and above all the work you put in. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice; consult your own professionals for those decisions.

8. Intellectual property

Everything we provide — frameworks, PDFs, videos, course content, the book, and the site itself — is owned by GoFuel or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials in your own business. You may not resell, republish, share, teach from, or distribute our materials without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no scraping or copying content at scale, no interfering with the site’s operation, and no impersonating others.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoFuel disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, and our total liability for any claim arising out of the site or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or program giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify GoFuel against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the materials.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and both parties consent to that venue. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
