SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms cover text messages sent by Virginia Petro Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a GoFuel Coaching (“GoFuel,” “we,” “us”) from (757) 551-6918.

Program description

GoFuel Coaching sends text messages to auto repair shop owners who ask for our resources. Messages include delivery of the free guides, tools and trainings you requested, replies to your questions, follow-up about your shop and our coaching programs, confirmations and reminders for sessions you book, and occasional offers related to our programs.

How to opt in

You agree to receive text messages from GoFuel Coaching by checking the SMS consent box on a form on www.gofuelcoaching.com, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can download our resources and buy our programs without agreeing to receive texts.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive a few messages a week after you request a resource, plus replies when you message us and reminders before sessions you book.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. GoFuel Coaching does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by emailing [email protected].

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS purposes is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. It may be shared with service providers who help us run our messaging program, and they may not use it for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to receive texts after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
