Run your shop the way a $4M shop runs. One call a week.
GoFuel Group Coaching. Every week, 20 minutes of teaching from Eric and 40 minutes working on real shops — yours included. Live, with the owner of a shop that does over $4 million a year. Not a course.
- ✓Your numbers on the screen. Bring the P&L, the car count, the rate. Eric reads it with you.
- ✓Your next move, every week. You leave each call knowing exactly what to do before the next one.
- ✓Owners who are doing it too. A room of shop owners who will not let you drift.
The systems behind these numbers are what the group runs. Every week, on your shop.
You already know what to fix.
Most owners do. The weak numbers, the advisor who won't ask, the tech who needs the same talk every week. Knowing is not the problem. Getting it done while the shop is open is.
Busy, but not in control.
The schedule is full, everyone is working, and you still cannot say what the shop made last week or what to do first on Monday.
- Scorecard built with Eric
- One priority, named
- Numbers read every week
Every problem lands on you.
Advisors need support, techs need direction, and when something goes wrong you are still the one who fixes it. The shop runs on you, not on standards.
- Standards written down
- Accountability system installed
- You stop doing their job
Implementation stalls.
You have the ideas, the training, maybe the systems. Then the week happens. Without someone asking you about it next Wednesday, it never gets opened.
- Next steps in writing
- Asked about it next week
- Owners watching you follow through
What a week in the group looks like
One live call. Sixty minutes. Same time every week.
Eric teaches one thing.
One system, one number, one decision. The way he runs it in his own shop, with the math.
Owners bring their shops.
Real numbers, real people problems, real decisions. Eric works them live. Yours included.
You leave with next steps.
What to do first, second, third before the next call. Written down, not remembered.
Missed it? It's in Kajabi.
Every call is recorded and posted with the materials, so a bad week in the shop doesn't cost you the lesson.
The guarantee is the math.
Eric's shop clears over a million a year on these systems. He is not asking you to believe that. He is asking for $25,000 of it in your shop, or you don't pay.
How it works. Complete your program. Show up, implement the systems as coached, and keep your numbers. If your shop has not added at least $25,000 in net profit within 12 months of starting, Eric refunds your program fee. Same guarantee on the 6-month and the 12-month plan.
Twelve areas of the shop. We work all of them.
Over your program the teaching rotates through everything that makes a shop profitable. The 40 minutes after it are about whatever your shop needs that week.

Direct coaching on your shop
Your real problems, worked live with Eric. Not generic advice.
Peer accountability
Owners who understand the pressure and will not let you drift between calls.
You don't run twelve at once. You run the one that's costing you the most, with Eric watching, then the next.
Owners who got on the call
I still own the shop. That's the whole point.
Over forty years in this business. Thirty owning my own shop. It does over four million a year.
I run this group because I know how easy it is to get buried in the day-to-day. You already know what needs to improve. What you don't have is an hour a week where somebody who has done it reads your numbers, tells you the next move, and asks you about it the following week.
Everything I teach in that room, I run in my own bays. Some of it I got right the first time. A lot of it I learned the expensive way, so you don't have to.
You do not have to keep figuring everything out alone. Bring the challenges. We will work through them together.

Is this for you?
Yes, if:
- ✓You know what needs to improve, and daily shop demands keep pushing it aside.
- ✓You want direct guidance on what to do first instead of trying to fix everything at once.
- ✓You will look at your numbers, your leadership and your team honestly.
- ✓You will show up, implement what you learn, and build a shop that depends less on you.
No, if:
- ✕You want someone else to fix the business without your involvement.
- ✕You want advice but won't change how you lead or run the shop.
- ✕You are more interested in blaming employees than fixing the systems around them.
- ✕You want results without showing up to the call.
Questions
What exactly is included?
Live weekly group coaching with Eric, guidance on your own shop's numbers and challenges, the twelve systems and frameworks for profit, people and operations, the call recordings and materials in Kajabi, and a group of automotive shop owners and managers who understand the pressure, the decisions and the day-to-day of running a shop.
What happens on each call?
About twenty minutes of focused teaching from Eric, then forty minutes of open coaching and Q&A. Bring the real issue from your shop, ask, work through the decision, and leave with next steps you can act on this week.
How often are the calls?
Weekly. Roughly 20 minutes of teaching and 40 minutes of Q&A and live problem-solving. Day and time are set for the group and can change with availability.
What is the difference between the 6-month and 12-month plans?
Same calls, same access, same guarantee. Six months is for owners who want focused momentum on their most urgent problems. Twelve months gives you the time to implement, measure, adjust and make the changes stick across profitability, leadership, team and operations. Most owners who do six months wish they had done twelve.
Is this only for large or highly profitable shops?
No. Owners and managers at different stages are in the group, from shops still building a foundation to shops already running at a high level. What matters is that you look at the business honestly, take part, and implement.
Owners or managers?
Both. The person in the program needs to be in a position to influence decisions and follow through inside the shop.
Will the coaching be specific to my shop?
Yes. It is a group setting, but you bring your own numbers, team issues and goals, and Eric's guidance is about the situation you are in, not generic advice.
Do I need to implement everything at once?
No. Trying to change the whole business at once creates confusion. You'll work on the highest-impact priority first, take clear action, and build from there.
What if I miss a live call?
Recordings and supporting materials are posted in Kajabi, so you can catch up and keep implementing between calls.
Can my leadership team join?
The program is for the owner or manager enrolled. Where it makes sense, Eric may bring another manager, advisor or team member into specific implementation work, within the participation terms of your plan.
How much time each week?
The weekly call, plus the time it takes to do the next steps you chose for your shop. The point is not busywork; it is pointing your effort at changes that produce results.
Is this self-paced or live?
Live. Direct access to Eric on the calls, structured teaching, real-time feedback, implementation support and accountability for the length of your plan.
When can I start?
New members usually start within about a week, on the next program start date and after onboarding.
Which level of investment would you like to make in your business?
Same calls, same access, same guarantee. The only difference is how long Eric is in your corner.

You know what to fix. Get on the call and do it.
One hour a week with the owner of a $4M shop reading your numbers and asking whether you did it. That is the whole program. It works because you show up.
